Entire home is yours during your stay. Self check-in available with keypad entry. Pool, outdoor amenities, and all parking areas are exclusively for guest use. Dedicated pet entrance with towels for muddy paws. Easy access to carport and boat storage area with security lighting for early morning fishing trips. Full use of the fenced in enclosed yard with pool, outdoor seating area, fire pit, and hammock with all amenities. Please note: The pool is regularly maintained and chemically balanced to ensure it's ready for swimming. Pool maintenance and cleaning occurs every Monday for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. To ensure the pool remains in top condition, access to the pool area will be required during this time. Please note that the pool may not always be completely free of leaves between cleaning sessions. A pool net will be provided for your convenience to help with any leaves you may encounter during your stay. Lawn care services are scheduled on Tuesdays, biweekly, and then weekly during the summer months. They are usually quick and will ensure minimal disruption to your stay. Please allow them to complete work without disruption as this is necessary to maintain the property. The pool and lawn care are required services to maintain the house, so please do not ask them to leave or come back at another time when they come if it is during your stay as it will be unable to accommodated. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, cups and utensils to make your stay comfortable! The kitchen stove has 5 gas burners and oven, but please note that the igniter for the front right burner is currently not working. However, this burner can be safely and easily lit using the electric lighter provided in the kitchen cabinet. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Marie was very accommodating. Our flight came in early and she was able to get us into the house early and also able to stay a couple extra hours on leave to accommodate for a later flight. She was very responsive and friendly. And my kids enjoyed the pool on the off time when we weren't visiting Legoland, which was very close

We had a wonderful stay at Marie and Scott’s place during our family vacation in Florida. The location couldn’t have been better — just about 10 minutes from LEGOLAND, which made our daily outings super convenient. After long days at the park, the private backyard pool was an absolute hit, especially with the kids! They also loved the fun bunk beds. The home is very spacious, with plenty of comfortable beds and a TV in every room, which helped everyone unwind in their own space. We also really appreciated the charming and thoughtful decor — it gave the place a cozy, welcoming vibe. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and even bake meals for the family. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus, especially with kids in tow! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place close to LEGOLAND.

We had an absolute dream stay at this Winter Heaven retreat! The pool was a highlight, perfect to celebrate 4th of July. But what really impressed us was the spotless cleanliness - every detail was taken care of. The hosts were super responsive and welcoming. Can't wait to come back! Highly recommend for a cozy winter getaway!!

We traveled from New Jersey to see our new grandson. We arrived earlier than expected. Maria was very accommodating. She notified us as soon as the cleaning crew was done. We were allowed to enter the home 2 hours before checking at 4pm. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool was a great plus. We cooked inside and on the grill. Made s’mores by the fire pit. Ate on the screened patio. It was a great stay. Would definitely stay again.
